1. How long does shipping take?
Our standard delivery time is 3–8 business days depending on your location and item availability.
2 . How can I track my order?
Currently, order tracking is not available, but we’ll notify you by email once your order is shipped.
3. Can I return a product?
Yes! If you're not satisfied, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
4. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll offer a replacement or full refund.
5. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping regions in the future. If you’re located outside the U.S., stay tuned — international shipping may become available soon.
